We advise all customers to read in full our Terms & Conditions, by proceeding with a booking it is presumed you have read and accept our T&C’s. Customers have the right to reject. 

 We do not currently offer tree felling or any kind of tree surgery, our service under the category of ‘Hedges, Bushes and Small Trees’ refers to trees accessible without the need for height apparatus, such as rope and harnesses or trees Larger than 15ft. 

 Midland Lawn & Gardens Limited will not be held accountable for any damage or inconvenience that occurs before or after we have been on premises. We are only liable for any damage caused while performing designated tasks, we work to our best abilities to ensure all damage is avoided. We ask all our customers to approve of the work done before payment thus under no circumstances will we be responsible for anything unsatisfactory once payment is taken, refunds are unavailable as standard unless deemed fair. You will be asked to complete a post work inspection to confirm you are 100% satisfied. 

Payment is required upon completion of your chosen service and is expected to be payed immediately via our accepted payment methods: cash, card*, bank transfer or cheque. Electronic bank transfers must be payed no later than 28 days after you have been invoiced. Exceeding that, Midland Lawn & Gardens Limited may exercise the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fail to pay.

Quotes are determined by time taken and area covered. Quotes are free and there is no obligation to continue. Quotes are fixed for 30 days, exceeding that, they then may be deemed invalid and require re-quoting. We like to help our customers where we can by going above and beyond our competitors to deliver the best value for money when providing a service, however please note that large additional requests on top of the original quote may require an additional cost or may be refused and postponed until a later date if they require larger time frames, tools or equipment. It is important to note that we run a very tight schedule and over-running one job may cause delays with starting the next, we ask all customers to bare that in mind and allow us to complete our work as efficiently as possible in the time slot you have been assigned. We base our pricing structure around; cost, competitiveness and customer focus.

Though the majority of our tools and equipment are self powered, some require mains power. Pressure washing requires a mains water source. It is important we are able to access these amenities upon request, else it could mean we cannot provide that particular service.

We always appreciate your custom and we hope our customers would want to see us succeed and grow as a business - we use social media platforms to best promote our brand and services, therefore you may be asked to grant permission to allow the taking of photos & videos of the work carried on your property. We would appreciate your support by allowing us to do so, however we respect and understand your right to privacy always so this is not expected and is completely optional.

Reviews are encouraged to provide new customers with reassurance of trust and our capabilities. We will not interfere with nor discourage negative reviews or, encourage positive reviews. Though we operate to the best possible standards, we believe customers are entitled to provide their honest feedback and opinions as this helps us understand and improve the way our business operates.

You may be asked to leave a review, however this is completely optional.

Waste removal is available, however this comes at a cost to customer, if this has been opted for please refer to your quote/invoice as prices fluctuate. We are registered to do so with the correct licences. We also have FULL liability insurance and we are able to provide our certificates to prove so if required.
